Working hours: 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday (5 days office based)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating engineers to attend vessels and sites worldwide for product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support
  • Managing the end-to-end service process, from initial customer contact and quotations through to order acceptance, service delivery, and job completion
  • Handling incoming service requests, identifying and recording common product faults
  • Providing customers with accurate updates and feedback on completed service work
  • Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support new products and deliver high-quality after-sales service
  • Supporting the development and improvement of procedures for effective service and record management
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, business partners, and distributors worldwide

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, computer systems, marine engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop technical knowledge
  • Ability to understand technical documents and product specifications
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach

Desirable:

  • Experience in service coordination, technical support, engineering, or customer service
  • Knowledge of marine electronics or navigation systems
  • Experience in an international business environment
