Adult Service Co-ordinator (Full Time) (Permanent) in Hampshire, Havant

Permanent Working hours: 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday *5days office base ASAP Coordinating engineers to attend vessels and sites worldwide for product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support Managing the end-to-end service process, from initial customer contact and quotations through to order acceptance, service delivery, and job completion Handling incoming service requests, identifying and recording common product faults Providing customers with accurate updates and feedback on completed service work Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support new products and deliver high-quality after-sales service Supporting the development and improvement of procedures for effective service and record management Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, business partners, and distributors worldwide Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, computer systems, marine engineering, or a related technical field Good Microsoft Office skills Experience in service coordination, technical support, engineering, or customer service Knowledge of marine electronics or navigation systems Please note that we can only consider candidates who are eligible to work in the UK and are able to provide relevant supporting documentation.
