Location: Newcastle

Duration: Long-term temporary assignment until 30/04/2027

Job status: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office

Working hours: 37.5 h per week, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm)

Who You'll Be Working for: An international leader in household products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
  • Providing administrative support to Order Management team.
  • Resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales.
  • Acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
  • Liaising internally with other stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining excellent external customer relationships with some of our longest standing retail partners.
  • Developing and building understanding of robotic order management processes, including executing and monitoring.
