The Role
We are looking for a Japanese speaking market research professional to support real estate investment and development activities across the UK and Europe.
Japanese speaking Market Research - Real Estate Investment & Development - Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research relating to real estate investment and development opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Preparing market reports, analysis and presentation materials
- Supporting the preparation of market analysis for internal investment approval materials
- Gathering information and research published in English by external research providers
- Organising, analysing and translating market data and research findings into clear, practical insights
Japanese speaking Market Research - Real Estate Investment & Development - Requirements
- Native level of Japanese and business level English communication skills
- Previous experience in research or analysis within real estate investment, property development, or a related field in the UK/ EU or US
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to prepare professional materials in Japanese
- Candidates with relevant research experience gained within consulting firms or financial institutions are also welcome
