To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:
- are fluent in both Mandarin and English
- have solid UK office management experience
- have experience with the UK Sponsor License application(s)
- are Familiar with the UK employment Law
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
- Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary
- Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking)
- Solid Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role
- Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s) is required.
- Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks/UK employment law.
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
