Who You'll Be Working for: An international supplier of engineering components

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the new business and maintain the current accounts
  • Achieve sales target and monitor sales activities (Budget control)
  • Supervise and authorise work done by the sales and marketing staff
  • Administration processes (i.e. quote, order receipt, order placement, export documents, etc)
  • Project management including customer/supplier support and product specification
  • Business trips to suppliers/customers and defence shows
  • Coordinate with the managing director and other directors including the subsidiary in Japan and overseas region

Requirements:

  • Japanese mother tongue level
  • Fluent (business level) English ability in writing and speaking
  • Work experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable)
  • Work experience in a management role
  • Engineering background (preferable)
  • Driving licence holder
  • Responsible character
  • Excellent communication skills
