Japanese Speaking Assistant in Finance Team – Responsibilities:

• Manage funding for projects, including arranging monthly funding for each project.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments, prepare cashbooks, handle invoices, and set up transactions via online banking.
• Process expense reimbursements.
• Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses.
• Post journal entries.
• Assist with audit processes by coordinating with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

• Background in accounting/finance (e.g., cash management, closing procedures, expense reimbursements).
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Proficient English communication skills for interaction with local staff.
