- Developnewclientaccounts,maintainexistingclientrelationships,andcontinuouslyimprovecustomersatisfactionandbusinessgrowth.
- DeeplyunderstandtheUKcouriermarket,withakeyfocusonexpandingtheLargeParcelDeliverybusiness.
- Developandexecuteregionalsalesplans,analyzemarketdynamicsandcompetitoractivities,andcontinuouslyexpandmarketshare.
- Managingasmallteamof1-2people.
- Collaboratecloselywithoperationsandcustomerserviceteamstoprovideprofessionalandefficientlogisticssolutions.
- Conductregularclientvisitstobuildlong-term,stablerelationships.
- Gathermarketfeedbackandclientrequirementstoadviseoncompanybusinessdevelopment.

- GoodcommandofEnglishwithexcellentbusinesscommunicationandnegotiationskills.
- ValidUKdrivinglicense;willingtotravelacrosstheUKforclientvisits.
- Strongclientacquisitionskillsandsharpmarketawareness.
- SalesexperienceintheUKcourier/expressindustry.
- ExperienceintheLargeParcelDeliverysectorisstronglypreferred.
- PriorexperienceworkingincompaniessuchasDX,XDP,BJSDistribution,FedEx,DHL,UPS,DPD,Tuffnells,orsimilarUKcouriercompaniesishighlypreferred.
- FamiliarwiththeUKcouriermarketandbusinessmodels.
- Proventrackrecordinbusinessdevelopmentandaccountmanagement.
- Teammanagementexperience.
- Strongcapabilitytoworkindependentlyandconsistentlymeetsalestargets.
