- Leaddiscoveryworkshops,stakeholderinterviewsandrequirements-gatheringsessions;documentdecisions,assumptionsandoutcomes.
- Elicit,analyseandvalidatebusinessandfunctionalrequirements;translatethemintoclearuserstoriesandtestableacceptancecriteria.
- Modelcurrent-stateandfuture-statebusinessprocessesusingworkflows,BPMN,SIPOCanduserjourneys;coordinatestakeholderreviewandsign-off.
- AnalyseanddocumentSAPdataandfileflows,integrationtouchpoints,dependenciesandimpactsacrosssystems.
- CaptureexistingandfutureMasterDatarequirementsacrossarangeproductsandmaterials.
- WorkwithProductOwnersandSolutionArchitectstoclarifyscope,assessoptions,challengeassumptionsandconfirmrequirementsbeforebuild.

- Hands-onbusinessanalysisexperience,includingindependentlygatheringanddocumentingrequirements.
- ExperiencewithSAPsystemsparticularlyS4-Hana,IBPandMDG.
- ExperiencewithmodellingtoolssuchasSignavio,Visio,LucidchartoranyotherBPMNtool.
- ExperienceinSupplyChain,OperationsandLogistics.
- Experiencecreatingprocessmodels,workflows,userstories,acceptancecriteriaandbusinessrequirementsdocumentation.
- Familiaritywithprojectdelivery,useracceptancetesting,datamappingandfile-basedintegrations.
