Your New Salary: £12.64 - £19.84 per hour (Equivalent of £24 - £38K pa).

Location: Newcastle.

Duration: Long-term temporary assignment until 01/03/2027.

Job status: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office.

Working hours: 37.5 h per week, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm / 9am - 5pm).

Who You'll Be Working for: An international leader in household products.

Customer Service Operations Support - Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
  • Providing administrative support to Order Management team.
  • Resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales.
  • Acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
  • Liaising internally with other stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining excellent external customer relationships with some of our longest standing retail partners.
  • Developing and building understanding of robotic order management processes, including executing and monitoring robotic processes to meet business needs.
  • Using SAP to manage customer data, track orders, update service requests, and order processing.
  • Verifying data accuracy and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly within the system.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.

Customer Service Operations Support - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous Customer Service Operations experience.
  • Previous Transport operations experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Acute attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work to required timings and deadlines and respond to urgent issues as needed.
