Responsibilities:
- Coordinatingengineerstoattendvesselsandsitesworldwideforproductinstallation,repair,maintenance,andtechnicalsupport
- Managingtheend-to-endserviceprocess,frominitialcustomercontactandquotationsthroughtoorderacceptance,servicedelivery,andjobcompletion
- Handlingincomingservicerequests,identifyingandrecordingcommonproductfaults
- Providingcustomerswithaccurateupdatesandfeedbackoncompletedservicework
- WorkingcloselywithSales,Engineering,andProductteamstosupportnewproductsanddeliverhigh-qualityafter-salesservice
- Supportingthedevelopmentandimprovementofproceduresforeffectiveserviceandrecordmanagement
- Buildingstrongrelationshipswithnewandexistingcustomers,businesspartners,anddistributorsworldwide
Requirements:
Essential
- Degreeorequivalentqualificationinengineering,IT,computersystems,marineengineering,orarelatedtechnicalfield
- Stronginterestintechnologyandwillingnesstodeveloptechnicalknowledge
- Abilitytounderstandtechnicaldocumentsandproductspecifications
