Your New Salary: £29,000-31,000

5 days office based in London

1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Start: ASAP

Working hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday – Friday

What You'll be Doing:

  • Processing of invoices and supplier information
  • Accurately processing invoices and credit notes
  • Maintaining accurate PO log
  • Liaising with Building Management on resolving faults, energy consumption, service charge and billing
  • Booking contractors and overseeing contractors on site ensuring adequate RAMS
  • Ordering of stationery and supplies
  • Providing a welcoming reception service to visitors
  • Answering telephone in a friendly and helpful manner, rerouting or taking accurate messages

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High standard English reading and writing skills, with strong communication abilities
  • Must have previous experience of processing invoices/administration/reception/facilities
  • Good understanding of the processing of invoices/credit notes
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Current Qualified First Aider would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of planning office moves - advantageous
