Network&SecurityEngineer-KeyResponsibilities
- Design,implementandsupportenterprisenetwork,securityandcloudconnectivitysolutions.
- Participateinsolutionarchitecture,technicaldesignworkshopsandcustomerconsultations.
- DeliverLAN,Wireless,CloudandSecurityprojectsfromscopingthroughdeployment.
- Producehigh-qualitytechnicaldocumentationincludingHLDs,LLDs,operationalproceduresandtestplans.
- Performproof-of-concepttestingandtechnicalevaluationsofnewtechnologies
- Troubleshootcomplexnetwork,securityandcloud-relatedincidents.
- Provide2ndand3rdlinetechnicalsupportformanagedcustomerenvironments
- SupportthedeploymentandoptimisationofSASEandSD-WANsolutions.
- Workcloselywithvendors,partnersandinternalstakeholderstodelivercustomersolutions
- Identifyopportunitiesforserviceimprovements,automationandstandardisation.
- Maintainawarenessofemergingtechnologiesandindustrybestpractices.
- Sharetechnicalknowledgeandmentorcolleagueswhereappropriate
- Contributetostrategicinitiatives,serviceimprovementsandotherbusinessprioritiesasrequiredbymanagement
- Participateinanon-callsupportrotaasrequired.

- CiscoCCNA,CCNPorequivalentcertifications.
- Experiencewith:CatoNetworks,SASE/SSEPlatforms,SD-WAN,ZTNA,SecureNetworking
- KnowledgeofMicrosoftAzureand/orAWSnetworking.
- Experienceinsupportinganddeployingenterprisenetworkingsolutions
- Strongunderstandingof:Routing,SwitchingandSecurity,TCP/IP,VLANs,EVPN/VXLAN,BGP,OSPF,NAT,VPNTechnologies
- Experiencewithoneormoreof:Cisco,CiscoMeraki,Juniper,Fortinetproductsandsolutions
- ExperiencetroubleshootingLANandInternetconnectivityissues
- Strongcustomer-facingandcommunicationskills.
