Key Responsibilities:
- Support creative production and direct campaigns, ensuring briefs, inputs, assets and timelines are clear.
- Coordinate day-to-day workflows, including asset readiness, template inputs, copy, localisation considerations and feed requirements.
- Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to keep campaigns moving through briefing, build, QA and delivery.
- Maintain production trackers, status updates and delivery timelines across active campaigns.
- Coordinate feedback rounds and approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support BAU campaign delivery while also helping improve process, documentation and ways of working.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in creative production, project coordination, campaign operations, digital marketing or agency account management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with creative assets, media specs, production timelines and approval processes.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and confident chasing inputs and resolving blockers.
- Some exposure to DCO, paid social, display, feeds or dynamic creative would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving matrix environment across multiple teams and vendors.
