LifecycleMarketingSpecialist - What You'll be Doing:
- Delivering end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns from planning through execution, testing, optimisation and reporting.
- Building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms, including audience segmentation, journey configuration, QA and troubleshooting.
- Designing and optimising automated and trigger-based customer journeys.
- Collaborating with Creative, Data Science, Audience & Measurement, and Marketing teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
- Driving personalised customer engagement through data, insights and customer‑centric marketing strategies.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Supporting test‑and‑learn initiatives and applying insights to future campaign development.
- Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices within lifecycle marketing.
LifecycleMarketingSpecialist - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in B2C Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement or Retention Marketing.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign automation and trigger‑based communications.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Interactive Studio or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision‑making and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working with technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments would be advantageous.
