ContentQA-WhatYou'llbeDoing:
TestExecution
- Executefunctional,regressionandcrossdevicetestingacrosscampaignsandwebsitecontent,workingtothetestplanssetbytheContentQALead.
- Checkcontentagainsttheapprovedbrief,includingcopy,links,imagery,pricing,termsandcallstoaction.
DefectLogging&Reporting
- Raiseandlogbugs,issuesanddiscrepanciesclearly,withthedetailneededtoreproduceandfixthemwithoutafollowupconversation.
- Assignanaccurateseveritysothattheteamcanprioritise,andflaganythingthatwouldblockareleasestraighttotheContentQALead.
Localisation&StandardsChecks
- Checklocalisedcontentforaccuracy,completenessandcorrectregionalvariants,escalatinganythingthatreadsincorrectlyforamarket.
- Testagainstbrand,accessibilityandcompliancechecklistsassetbytheQALeadandManager.
TeamContribution
- SupporttheContentQALeadduringpeakcampaignperiodsandhighvolumereleasecycles.
- Contributetotestcasesandchecklists,andsuggestimprovementswhereacheckisrepeatedlycatchingthesameissue.
ContentQA-TheSkillsYou'llNeedtoSucceed:
- AdvancedexperiencewithAEM(AdobeExperienceManager)
- PreviousexperienceinQA,digitalproduction,webpublishingoracomparabledetailfocusedrole.
- Someexposuretodigitalcampaigns,CMSplatformsorconsumerwebsites.
- ComfortableusingQAandticketingtoolssuchasJira,andwillingtolearntoolssuchasBrowserStackandCMSplatforms.
