- Maintaincustomerinsurancedata,updatereceivables,andmanageentriesontheinsuranceportal.
- Reviewcustomerclaimsandgatherrequireddocumentationforinternalassessment.
- LiaisewiththeSalesteamandcustomerstoresolveclaim-relatedqueries
- Issuecreditnotesthroughtheinternalsystem.
- Consolidateandanalysesdata,ensuringaccuracyandprovidinginsightstosupportoperationalandbusinessdecision-making.

- Familiaritywithdatatoolsorcoding(e.g.Exceladvancedfunctions,SQL,Python)isadvantageous.
