Essential Qualifications- Fluent in Mandarin
- Experience in operations or circulation within the publishing industry
- Collaborate with printers, distributors, and logistics partners across the UK and Europe to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage retail distribution, focusing on allocation, delivery, and placement optimization.
- Assist in planning and executing circulation campaigns and related projects.
- Oversee subscription operations (individual and corporate), including renewals and client communications.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to process, analyse, and report on circulation data.
- Support invoice processing, billing documentation, and related administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the development of promotional proposals, reports, and briefings for internal stakeholders and HQ.
- Monitor circulation performance and assist in reporting for informed decision-making.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at boosting retail sales and subscriptions.
- Aid in process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide support for commercial and cross-departmental projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in Mandarin (native level) and possess strong written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to organize, process, and analyse data effectively.
- Experience in invoice processing and related financial/administrative workflows.
- Previous experience in publishing, media, logistics, or operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Digital media experience or knowledge is an advantage.
