- Leaddiscoveryworkshops,stakeholderinterviewsandrequirements-gatheringsessions;documentdecisions,assumptionsandoutcomes.
- Elicit,analyseandvalidatebusinessandfunctionalrequirements;translatethemintoclearuserstoriesandtestableacceptancecriteria.
- Modelcurrent-stateandfuture-statebusinessprocessesusingworkflows,BPMN,SIPOCanduserjourneys;coordinatestakeholderreviewandsign-off.
- AnalyseanddocumentSAPdataandfileflows,integrationtouchpoints,dependenciesandimpactsacrosssystems.
- CaptureexistingandfutureMasterDatarequirementsacrossarangeproductsandmaterials.
- WorkwithProductOwnersandSolutionArchitectstoclarifyscope,assessoptions,challengeassumptionsandconfirmrequirementsbeforebuild.

- Hands-onbusinessanalysisexperience ,includingindependentlygatheringanddocumentingrequirements.
- ExperiencewithSAP systemsparticularlyS4-Hana,IBP andMDG .
- Experiencewithmodellingtools suchasSignavio ,Visio,Lucidchart oranyotherBPMNtool.
- ExperienceinSupplyChain ,OperationsandLogistics.
- Experiencecreatingprocessmodels ,workflows,userstories,acceptancecriteriaandbusinessrequirementsdocumentation.
- Familiaritywithprojectdelivery,useracceptancetesting,datamappingandfile-basedintegrations.
