Toprovidestrategictransferpricingsupporttothebusinessunits,QSCandotherfunctions,acrosscompliance,controversy,policyandimplementation.
- TomanagekeyprojectslinkedtoTPpolicyandimplementationthatariseonandhocbasis.ThesecouldincludeAdvancePricingAgreements,IPtransfers,collaboratingwithBDtosuccessfullyexecuteBDprojects,workwithOperationalTPtoimproveTPchargingprocesses,executionofintegrationsordivestments.
- Test,reviewandsignoffoutputsoftransferpricingprocessesexecutedbytheoperationaltaxteam(profitabilityreviews,intercompanyservicecharging)andtransferpricingdocumentationreports.
- Leadontransferpricingaspectsoflocaltaxauditsinterritoriesacrosstheglobe.Thiscouldincludedatagathering,writingand/orpresentingresponsestotaxauthoritiesinterritoriesacrosstheglobes.
- Todiagnoserootcausesoftransferpricingissues,anddesignandimplementsolutionsinpartnershipwiththebusiness.
- Tounderstandthesupplychain,R&Dandcommercialoperationsofthebusiness,partnerwiththebusinesstounderstandpressurepointswhensetagainstTaxandTPconstraintsandproposesolutionstoachievethebestresultsforthegroup.
