Your New Salary: Agency Temp, PAYE £55 per hour (£107,250 per annum pro rata)

Location: London, Hybrid - 2 days in the office

Duration: 6 months temporary assignment with potential for extension or permanent opportunity

Working hours: 37.5 hours/wk

What You'll be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager, HRBPs, EMEA HR Managers and Legal to review, refine, and support the successful delivery of global change management initiatives
  • Lead and support complex change management and organisational transformation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and global stakeholders to ensure compliance, policy alignment, and successful people initiatives
  • Manage and deliver regional and global HR projects in a highly matrixed international environment
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, escalating complex cases where appropriate
  • Support performance management processes, including calibration activities, reporting, insights, and stakeholder guidance
  • Assist with talent mapping, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Partner with Total Rewards teams on compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and internal mobility activities
  • Ensure data integrity within HR systems, including Workday, and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Promote best practice, standardisation, and operational excellence across HR processes
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across EMEA, the US, and global teams, supporting ongoing centralisation and globalisation initiatives

The Skills You'll Need:

  • CIPD Qualified (Level 5–7) HR Generalist or HRBP experience in a large global, matrixed organization
  • Experience within the International HR Generalist space in several European countries
  • Strong Employee Relations, employment law, and HR policy expertise across EMEA
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale change management and transformation projects
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong judgement, discretion, and problem-solving capabilities when handling complex people matters
