Content QA - What You'll be Doing:

  • Test Execution: Execute functional, regression and cross-device testing across campaigns and website content, working to the test plans set by the Content QA Lead. Check content against the approved brief, including copy, links, imagery, pricing, terms and calls to action.
  • Defect Logging & Reporting: Raise and log bugs, issues and discrepancies clearly, with the detail needed to reproduce and fix them without a follow-up conversation. Assign an accurate severity so that the team can prioritise, and flag anything that would block a release straight to the Content QA Lead.
  • Localisation & Standards Checks: Check localised content for accuracy, completeness and correct regional variants, escalating anything that reads incorrectly for a market. Test against brand, accessibility and compliance checklists set by the QA Lead and Manager.
  • Team Contribution: Support the Content QA Lead during peak campaign periods and high volume release cycles. Contribute to test cases and checklists, and suggest improvements where a check is repeatedly catching the same issue.

Content QA - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Advanced experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Previous experience in QA, digital production, web publishing or a comparable detail-focused role.
  • Some exposure to digital campaigns, CMS platforms or consumer websites.
  • Comfortable using QA and ticketing tools such as Jira, and willing to learn tools such as BrowserStack and CMS platforms.
