- Responsibleforusersupport.Assistingemployeeswithdesktopsetup,computerconfiguration,phoneandnetworkconnection,softwareinstallation,systemaccessprovisioning,etc.
- Manageservicedeskmailbox,andassigntickets(bothhotlineandmailbox),responsibleforescalationmanagement,includingidentifyingcomplexissueandescalatingtospecializedteamssuchasinfrastructureteam,securityteamandapplicationteam,aswellasheadanddeputyheadofIT.
- Responsiblefordocumentingsolutionsinaknowledgebaseandprovidingbasicusertrainingtopreventrecurringissues.
- Responsibleforprovisioningnewemployeeonboarding,forADandbusinesssystemusermaintenance,passwordreset,lockandunlockuseraccount,guideemployeeforaccesscomputerandFOVAsystem.
- Inchargeofmeetingsupport,includinginternetconferencemeeting,internalmeetingwithHO.
- InchargeofITcustodyandstorageroom,equipmentdeliveryprocess,loggingintoFinancefixassetsystemandITresourcesystem,aswellasconfigurationdatabasesystems.
- Performthetapbackuprotationreplacement,coordinatewithserviceproviderfortapstransportation.
- Inchargeofinvoicepaymentprocess,checktheaccountingdetailandrecordcorrespondentinvoice.
- Inchargeofprintermaintenance,includingtonersreplacement,paperstuckissues.
- PerformmonitoringofITeventsandincident,withinthecomputerroomenvironment,HOmonitoringsystem,SOCmonitoringsystem,HOincidentsystem,changesystem.
- Performyear-endstocktakingoftheITassets.
