What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Conduct IT infrastructure management, production operation management, IT asset management, business continuity management, disaster recovery, network management, vendor and third-party management, IT project management related tasks, and perform as Tier 2 IT Support.
- Incorporate with the IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure the smooth running of IT services in the Bank.
- Ensure that all network maintenance is conducted in accordance with our parent bank’s instructions and local regulator.
- Perform maintenance and conduct changes for IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring performance and capacity meet business development and system stability requirements.
- Compile operations and management procedures, conduct regular reviews and make necessary changes to ensure thorough implementation of IT policies.
- Ensure that the Bank’s IT Disaster Recovery policy is comprehensive and maintained up-to-date.
- Ensure that core network security reviews are undertaken as appropriate and that all of the Bank’s core network and desktops have an appropriate level of security.
- Maintain and support services for the operation of IT systems and applications.
- Draft IT manuals, procedures, guidelines of production management including IT infrastructure and IT systems (hardware and software).
- Follow plans for IT infrastructure and systems based on understanding, analysis, and forecasting of demands from various departments.
- Conduct IT server room management, physical server and virtual machine platform, power supply management, capacity and performance management.
- Conduct IT asset management such as servers, network devices, storage server, PC and laptop, video conference, landline, hardware and software inventory, configuration management.
- Produce relevant reports.
- Implement IT infrastructure and systems including servers, storage, network device, backup system, AD, WSUS, UPS, power plant, phone, printer, virtual system maintenance.
- Execute monitoring and solve issues as they arise.
- Implement the security program of the computer and telecommunications systems and delegate powers to authorized users.
- Formulate computer disaster recovery plans and arrange for relevant tests to ensure compliance with the regulator’s requirements.
- Liaise with HO and Data Center regarding IT Systems tasks.
- Prepare reports to HO and Data Centre.
- Guide and train bank staff with IT knowledge.

- Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (2019 Server/Win10,11)
- Core Microsoft Infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, AD, RDS, DFS)
- Systems Virtualization (VMware, vSphere)
- Backup technologies (Veeam, Backup Exec, System Recovery, Endpoint Protection, LTO)
- Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Hardware firewalls and router configuration
- Switching (HP, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei)
- System and network monitoring.
- MCSA-Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/Office365
- MCSE- Microsoft Certified Solution Expert
- MCITP-Microsoft Certified IT Professional
- VMware Certified Professional
- CCNA/CCNP.
