Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Overseas Insurance and Healthcare Programs, and liaise with overseas branches, clients, claimants, and medical facilities.
- Coordinate medical assistance services, including issuing and managing payment guarantees and arranging medical interpreters.
- Process and manage insurance claims, including claim adjustments, necessary investigations, and appropriate interpretation and application of insurance policies and Healthcare Programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including post logs, claim/invoice master logs, claim-related documents, filing, scanning, and data updates.
- Provide general administrative and operational support and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
- Current administrative experience in Japan; travel/hospitality experience preferred.
- Available for long-term employment; YMS/Student Visa holders may be considered if eligible to switch visas.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills.
