What you’ll be doing each day

  • Immigration & Sponsorship Management
    • Prepare and coordinate sponsor licence applications and supporting documentation.
    • Manage work visa sponsorship applications, renewals, and related immigration administrative matters.
    • Draft, review and maintain legal/business documents, contracts, policies, and internal compliance materials.
    • Liaise with external legal counsel, immigration advisers, and regulatory authorities where required.
  • Executive Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad‑hoc executive support as required.
    • Handle confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and visa‑related documentation.
    • Occasionally travel may be required.

The skills you’ll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (writing and speaking).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in immigration support/ global mobility, executive assistant, sponsor licence, or corporate compliance role.
