Project Finance Manager with excellent English skills and solid banking experience in the Project Finance sector. The role offers a salary of £85-135k depending on seniority, with candidates from middle to senior level being considered. Job status is permanent with hybrid working, including 1 day WFH. Location: London. Reports to the Head of Corporate Banking.

Summary

The primary responsibility is to lead and head up Project Finance deals, aiming to grow a project finance book by sourcing transactions from the primary and secondary market.

What You'll be Doing

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the branch's project finance strategy aligned with branch goals; provide guidance on project feasibility, funding structure, and investment opportunities.
  • Financing and Investment Oversight: Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex project financing deals; oversee preparations (outsourced) of financial models, forecasts, and support financing decisions.
  • Team Development: Build and maintain relationships with other financial institutions and funding partners; foster an environment of knowledge sharing with the wider Corporate Banking Department.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks; ensure compliance with branch policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Develop branch Project Finance policies and procedures; monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to assess their impact on project finance strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main representative for Project Finance for the branch; deliver high-level presentations internally and externally.
