What You'll be Doing

  • Support Relationship Managers in servicing Japanese corporate clients.
  • Prepare financial analyses, company research, credit reviews, and business proposals.
  • Assist with loans, deposits, FX transactions, and fund transfers.
  • Attend client meetings with senior RMs and support relationship development.
  • Provide loan and deposit rate quotations to corporate clients.
  • Monitor loan/deposit maturities and coordinate funding requirements internally.
  • Maintain customer and transaction data, management information, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate finance preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products, deposits, loans, FX, and interest rates.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a regulated banking environment.
