An international financial institution is looking for a Japanese speaking corporate finance officer.
Responsibilities
- Carry out such other duties as requested by Managers.
- Report swiftly and properly the situation and progress to Managers and consult them about what to do next in a proper manner.
- Support Managers and conduct the team activities following their instructions and take some operational responsibilities in the departments.
- Support and assist the other staff to carry out the Department’s mission.
- Support expanding and developing the Bank’s corporate business with existing and new EMEA Corporate/Fund clients utilising the Bank’s products and services.
- Carry out risk analysis/credit applications/documentation and executions for credit facilities and deposits.
- Closely liaise with the relevant Head Office departments for business promotion.
- Support the team proposing medium term, annual and semi-annual business plans to the Head of Department and Senior Management, and achieve the targets allocated by Head Office.
- Support the team promoting the introduction of new concepts regarding credit related business, deposit business, asset management business, risk management and portfolio management.
- Carry out monitoring/self-asset assessment.
Requirements
- Good educational background, preferably degree level.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Japanese desirable.
- Previous years experience in a banking environment.
- Good communication skills with clients, seniors and peers.
