- Developingsolidrelationshipswitharrangersthroughparticipatinginlenders'meetingandwithrelationshipmanagertosolicitpotentialsyndicationloansintheprimaryandsecondarymarketsforstablebusinessdevelopment.
- CoordinatingloanapplicationprocessofHeadOfficeapprovalwithHeadOfficeCreditManagementDepartmentforunderwritingconsiderationsincludingwithoutlimitation,KYCprocedure,majortermsandconditionsreview(loantype,loanamount,loanterms,purpose,security,repayment,pricing,etc),companybusinessoverview,financialperformanceevaluation(historicalandprojected),creditagencies'reportsstudy,industryoutlookresearch,loanpricingrationale,cashflowanddeleveraginganalysis(ifavailable),countryexposureidentification,andsoforth.
- Reviewingcreditagreementssubstantiallyproperlystatedinlinewithoriginaltermsheetandassureallrequiredcollateraldocumentsaccuratelyrecordedintime.
- Conductingindustryreportanalysisformanagement'sreviewregardingcurrentmarketconditions(ifapplicable).
- Maintainingloanfileswellbundledinplacetoensureallrequireddocumentsareeffectiveanduptodate.
