We are looking for a Banking Operations Assistant to provide administrative support across banking and credit-related activities. The role will involve supporting client enquiries, KYC processes, credit documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the front office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks relating to client enquiries and quotations for interest rates on loans, deposits and savings accounts.
- Support a range of administrative activities related to the credit business, including KYC processes and reviewing credit application documents.
- Provide administrative and personal assistant support to members of the front office team.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including processing expenses related to business travel and client entertainment.
- Provide other administrative support as required to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements
- Japanese to mother tongue guest standard and English business level.
- Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
- Experience in credit-related administration, including credit rating or credit status monitoring, is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is preferred.
- Good communication in Japanese and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Visa Requirements
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the assignment. Candidates holding a Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS) visa or Graduate visa are welcome to apply, subject to their individual visa conditions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
