We are seeking an IT PMO / Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking and Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PMO and Business Analysis services across strategic banking transformation programmes
- Support business process improvement and technology change initiatives
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, UAT planning, and implementation activities
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders
- Contribute to successful project delivery across local and international teams
Ideal Background
- Candidates with experience supporting Japanese banks, securities firms, or other Japan-headquartered financial institutions will be particularly valued. Cultural fit within a Japanese corporate environment is a key success factor for this position.
- Proven experience delivering PMO and/or Business Analysis activities within financial services transformation programmes
