Associate, Japanese Corporate Banking – What You'll be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to customers and Relationship Managers for account maintenance
- Act as a first-level advisor to customers and escalate complex issues when required
- Verify customer documentation to support processing by other teams
- Build inter-office relationships and support effective collaboration
Associate, Japanese Corporate Banking – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Business level Japanese (both written and spoken Keigo)
- Customer-facing and team-working experience
- Background in corporate banking is ideal
- Logical analysis and effective prioritisation
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaborative skills
