Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations

  • Coordinate international travel itineraries and associated bookings
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (writing and speaking)
  • Solid experience as an Office Manager or in a similar hands-on administrative role
  • Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s)
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and regulatory frameworks
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
