About the role: Banking department's main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service as well as market and promote products and services that the Bank offers to its customers whilst adhering to Head Office's and regulatory bodies' requirements. As an Associate Administration – Mandarin Speaking, you will be providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations within the department. This is a full time permanent position.
What You'll be Doing:
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Prepare, analyse and maintain departmental data
- Monitor the office inventory, order supplies and materials, and assist in conducting fixed asset inventory checks
- Coordinate meetings, including arranging meeting venues and recording meeting minutes
- Facilitate effective communication between different internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and organise departmental archives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards, including digitalisation of records
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Prepare KPI-based business analysis reports to Management for strategic decision-making in a timely manner
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Degree educated in Business, Administration, Finance, or other relevant subject
- Experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
- Knowledge of Banking operations is preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements as well as industry practices related to financial crime disciplines, including fraud, sanctions, and other related areas is preferred
- Familiarity with GDPR is preferred
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player
