  • Support the E-Channel Manager in managing daily operations of online banking and debit card platforms.

  • Supervise and guide E-Channel Officers to ensure efficient execution of daily operations.

Assistant E-Channel Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed

  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Working experience in e-channel operations, digital banking, or card management.
  • Experience with digital product management and system support preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, digital platforms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Banking, or related discipline.
  • Mandarin language and knowledge in T24 or Power BI are an advantage, but not essential
