What you’ll be doing each day:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role supports the day-to-day operational activities of the Supply Chain team and provides exposure to a broad range of supply chain functions. The role combines core supply chain operations with analytical responsibilities that support forecasting, compliance and overall customer service performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Order Management
- Manage customer orders (major retailers, distributors & independents), ensuring accurate entry into our JD Edwards ERP system
- Monitor order status with 3PL partners and pro-actively resolve issues to maintain high service levels
- Support invoicing activities to ensure timely processing
