Location: Central London, Shoreditch area

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (hybrid working - 3 days per week from the office)

Who You’ll Be Working for: UK-based subsidiary of EU wine and spirit business.

What you’ll be doing each day:

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role supports the day-to-day operational activities of the Supply Chain team and provides exposure to a broad range of supply chain functions. The role combines core supply chain operations with analytical responsibilities that support forecasting, compliance and overall customer service performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Order Management
  • Manage customer orders (major retailers, distributors & independents), ensuring accurate entry into our JD Edwards ERP system
  • Monitor order status with 3PL partners and pro-actively resolve issues to maintain high service levels
  • Support invoicing activities to ensure timely processing
