Working hours: 37.5 h per week, Mon‑Fri (8am‑4pm / 8.30am‑4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm)
Who You’ll Be Working for: An international leader in household products.
Customer Service Operations Support – Main responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
- Providing administrative support to Order Management team.
- Resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales.
- Acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
- Liaising internally with other stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining excellent external customer relationships with some of our longest standing retail partners.
- Developing and building understanding of robotic order management processes, including executing and monitoring robotic processes to meet business needs.
- Using SAP to manage customer data, track orders, update service requests, and order processing.
- Verifying data accuracy and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly within the system.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.
Customer Service Operations Support – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Previous Transport operations experience.
- Proficient in MS office including Excel and Outlook.
- SAP knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Acute attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
- Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work to required timings and deadlines and respond to urgent issues as needed.
