head office, regulators etcOrganise and facilitate Management Committee meetings, including prepare agendas, papers, reports, action lists, minutes, arrange meetingsFollow up post-meeting actions to ensure implementation of decisions arising from meetings and deadlines are metManage the Management Committee documentations and records, including the filing of required documents with relevant authorities.Prepare correspondence, collate information, draft presentations and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant stakeholdersResponsible for company periodic MI reports, including monthly MI, semi-annual and annual report to the Head Office, and quarterly MI report to the PRA via CCOMaintain and update firm policies registerUndertake firm-wide cross function projects and researches assigned by the PresidentThe Skills You'll Need to Succeed:Have road governance experience at a senior level in the banking or financial industry, with exposure to international regulatory environments.Operate with high ethical standards and act with integrityHave strong experience of supporting and advising company committees:Supporting chairs to ensure committees function effectively and efficientlyEnduring good information flows to committeesAdvising chairs and their members on their responsibilities under relevant rules and regulationsHave strong organisational skills and multitasking skills, and the ability to effectively prioritise workThorough understanding and working knowledge of current governance practicesStrong communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsA proactive, critical thinking approachCommercial attitude with high levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential informationMaster’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related fieldPlease follow us on Linkedin: We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
