SalesOperationsSpecialist-WhatYou'llbeDoing:
- Collationofallnewreleaseproductdataforretailers(logisticsinfo/releasedateetc),sharingwithChannelSales(CommercialPlanners)forprovisiontoretailalongwithanysales-relateddata.
- Oversightandhandlingofallsalesorders–frommanualentrythroughtomaintenanceofordersreceivedviaEDItoensurethecorrectskusandquantitiesareordered.
- Reviewallorderstochecktheymeettheminimumordervalueandminimumpacksize;andseektooptimiseorderswherefeasible.
- Keypointofcontactforallretailers’requests.
- Backordermanagement.
- Participateinreviewswithexternalpartners.
- Workwiththirdpartysystemswherenecessary(forexampleAmazonVendorCentral).
- ProvideregularupdatestothelocalSalesteamsonissuesorescalationsrelatingtotheordermanagementprocess–incorrectvolumes/allocationsorpricing-workingcloselywiththeCommercialPlannerstoseekresolutiontoissuesasquicklyandefficientlyaspossible.

- StrongverbalandwrittenEnglishskills,confidentinpresentingdatatoothersandexplainingbusinessprocessinEnglish.
- ExcellentSAPskillswithintheSalesandOperationsfunctionisamust–ideallywithS4andwithinaninternationalbusinessenvironment.
- StrongpreferenceforthecandidatetohaveGermanlanguageasaskill,otherEuropeanlanguagesisalsoadvantage–French,Spanish,Italian,Polish,Dutchand/orPortuguese.
- Strongteamplayerwhoisflexibleandanexcellentcommunicator.
