- Respondtooperationalenquiriesinatimely,politeandaccuratemanners;
- SupportTechnicalManagertoachievethetechnicalobjectivesandgoals.Keentohelpandcollaboratewithotherteammembers.
- Demonstrateknowledge,understandingandenthusiasmforcompany’sbusinessesandproductstoensuresmoothoperationsandcustomerssatisfaction.
- Maintainallaspectsofcoordinationtoahighstandard.
- Beabletocompletetaskswithinatighttime.
- EnsurecomplyingwithFSlegislationaswellascompanyPoliciesandSOP;
- Carryoutregularhousekeeping,aswellassiteinspections.
- FollowupallNCsraisedandcloseintimelymanor
- Workcloselyandcommunicatewellwithinternalteamstoensurehighstandardofoperationalactivitieshavemaintained;
- Coordinatewithcustomerscomplaintsandcarryoutinvestigationsforanyincidentswithrelatedoperationalteam(s)toprovidefindingsandresolveproblems;
- checkrecordsandformsinaregularbasis,reportprogressandfollowupanycorrectiveactionsforanymissinggaps.
- Coordinateproductionactivitieswhererelatedtotechnical/FSfunctions
