- Leverage regional feedback and market insights to inform data-driven product decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Merchandiser, ensuring continuous progression, skill development, and strong performance.
- Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring strong execution and on-time delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of seasonal tools and PLM data.
- Support market training initiatives and provide operational support to maintain team efficiency.
