Your New Salary: 70-75K

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days in London office)

What You'll be Doing:

  • Build, maintain and lead strong relationships with the clients.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure a proactive service delivery.
  • Handle VIP clients and advisory projects.
  • Responsibility for managing the UK tax compliance and working closely with the Centre of Excellence.
  • Carry out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees.
  • Lead, support, and coach junior staff.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • UK Tax experience.
  • Fluent in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1) & English.
  • ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in expatriate tax services.
  • Understanding of Japanese professional practices and business customs.
  • Experience with Big 4 would be a major plus.
