HR Specialist - What You'll be Doing:
- Support the HR team in various aspects of HR practices and end-to-end employee journey.
- Assist in the training and development of new joiners and existing employees, coordinating training needs and delivery.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits.
- Support the management of employee performance and assist in processes from target setting to regular reviews.
- Support employee engagement and coordinate relevant surveys and reporting of survey data.
- Assist the HR team in managing employment relations and handling sensitive information.
- Manage HR data and analyse and report HR-related management information regularly or on request.
- Assist with various employee queries on HR policies and procedures and the preparation of employment letters.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all departments and functions, being a trusted business partner to all staff across the business.

- Strong HR experience in the management of the employment lifecycle.
