People First Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Generalist (EMEA) to lead and support global change management and HR transformation across multiple jurisdictions from our London base. This hybrid role partners with HR, Legal and regional stakeholders to ensure policy alignment and compliant people initiatives, while driving data-driven improvements in HR processes.

The role requires CIPD Level 5–7 qualification and extensive HRBP or generalist experience in a large, matrixed organisation.
