Overview
Your New Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 + paid overtime
London, 5 days Office based
Permanent, Full-time
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM with occasional overtime till 7:00 PM when covering future order execution (up to 20 hours). Required starting at 8:00 AM on Japanese bank holidays (finish at 4:00 PM in this case).
Responsibilities
- To handle administrative jobs for future operation in the cocoa/sugar/coffee department (Future market orders).
- To settle despatch/demurrage money for sugar to place future orders for cocoa/sugar/coffee.
- To handle margin money (daily morning task).
- To manage margin money and perform monthly reconciliation between broker\’s statements and SAP balance.
- To handle honey business shipments, related correspondence, payments, SAP entries, issuing invoices, and communication with suppliers/customers related to shipping.
- To send execution results and check trades on recap/statement.
