Supply Chain Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
- Supply chain Management
- Create Sales Orders / Purchase Orders for raw material deliveries.
- Update delivery schedule and send order confirmation to toll blenders.
- Confirm the raw material receipt status with toll blenders.
- Update the test results data based on the Certificate of Analysis received from suppliers.
- Issue AP / AR invoices for payment related arrangement.
- Prepare for weekly or monthly report on the market trend of prices of base oil and steel

- Must have Supply Chain Coordinator/ sales administration background
- Experience in SAP ERP systems.
- Microsoft Excel formulas, Vlookup, Pivot.
