What You'll be Doing:
- Marketplace & Order Operations: Manage the daily processing, tracking, and updating of Amazon orders, ensuring order information is accurate, complete, and handled on time. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on order fulfilment, routine operational documents, status updates, and other day-to-day requirements through Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Inventory, Fulfilment & Issue Resolution: Monitor stock availability, replenishment, fulfilment status, and delivery schedules. Follow up on order exceptions, delivery issues, invoice queries, disputes, chargebacks, and account health matters, ensuring actions and progress are clearly recorded and communicated.
- Product Listings, Promotions & Launches: Support product listing creation, catalogue maintenance, content updates, compliance checks, and product information accuracy. Assist with the planning, setup, execution, tracking, and follow-up of Amazon promotions, seasonal campaigns, samples, and new product launches.
- Data, Reporting & Business Optimisation: Maintain accurate operational records and analyse sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, and operational data. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and trackers, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to improve performance.
- Market, Content & Customer Experience: Monitor competitors, category trends, pricing, promotional activity, reviews, and marketplace performance. Work with marketing, advertising, and content teams to improve product presentation, keyword visibility, organic ranking, paid traffic coordination, and customer experience.
- Process Improvement & Cross-functional Support: Maintain SOPs and operational documentation, support marketplace expansion and other e-commerce projects, and explore automation, AI tools, and process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. Provide additional operational and administrative support as required by the business.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, right-first-time approach to operational tasks.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with operational and commercial data.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data checking, filtering, formatting, formulas, and basic analysis.
- Good written and spoken English, with clear communication and strong teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, patient, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Experience in Amazon Marketplace, e-commerce operations, order processing, logistics, supply chain, or a related role; strong graduates will also be considered.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, marketplace operations, product listings, promotions, or account health management.
- Experience with Amazon advertising, SEO, product content optimisation, or e-commerce analytics.
- Experience using AI or automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Python, SQL, VBA, or Google Apps Script.
- Familiarity with tools such as Keepa, Helium 10, Data Dive, SellerSprite, or similar platforms.
- Mandarin language skills would be an advantage for communication with China-based teams and partners.
- Good aesthetic awareness and an understanding of online merchandising and product presentation.
