What You'll be Doing:
- Back Office - Treasury
- Preparing daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Calculating daily cash flow position.
- Receiving Incoming and Outgoing Swift Message of Previous Day and Sign Incoming.
- Executing Money Market transactions.
- Purchasing or selling security settlement.
- Roll over for floating security.
- Filing all the tickets, payment slips and check list.
- Preparing and submitted SMMA (Sterling Money Markets Annual Return) report by every January to Bank of England.
- Loan Drawdown.
- Loan interest repricing and interest payment.
- Receiving interest payment notice from agent bank/paying agent.
- Loan principal repayment.
- Processing the amortization for premium/discount loan.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Good written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.
- IT skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work unsupervised, good time management skills are essential.
- Willing to learn and open mind for job rotation within the department.
