What You'll be Doing:
- Check Invoices and maintain Invoice Payment Schedule
- Manage Contract Ledger (Maturities & Renewals)
- Prepare Renewal Ringi's - confirm pricing and budget
- Complete KYC & MSA process
- Prepare Monthly outsource charges (Infrastructure & EUD)
- Prepare Supplier Contract & Service Profiles
- Prepare Budget Forecast & Tracking (HO & Branch)
- Prepare Meeting Minutes and materials
- Maintain IT Inventories
- Book & Manage Business Trips (Expenses etc)
- Provide 1st line Helpdesk support to London Branch staff
- Communicate with Head Office to manage user ID's
- Administration of IT Assets and communication with HO
- IT Liaison Administration work including communication with HO in Japanese
- IT Computer Operations Backup staff (Following opening & closing procedures)
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- English & Japanese language skills
- Able to handle some shift work (early shift starts at 07:30 am)
- Previous experience in similar set up or administration
- Familiar with IT terminology
- Accounting knowledge
